We currently only send goods to New Zealand and Australian addresses NZ Shipping Charges via Courier Courier charges are based on your location. An additional fee will be incurred if the delivery address is in a rural area and you did not specify the rural shipping option. Australia Shipping Charges via post Shipping is based on package size. Courier Delivery Our couriers require signatures when parcels are delivered. We are not able to instruct couriers to leave parcels at an address without a signature confirming delivery. If you are not home when the courier delivers, they will leave a card, and you can call the depot to arrange another delivery address or time. Alternatively, if no one is home on a regular basis, you can give a work or business address for delivery when you place your order. PO Box Address We cannot courier goods to a PO Box. If this is the only option, please contact us to arrange delivery via NZ Post prior to purchasing. NZ Delivery Times Please allow 2 – 4 working days for delivery of ordered items plus one additional day for Rural Delivery. Australia Delivery Times Please allow 4 – 10 working days for delivery of ordered items.
